With the slight relief from the heat this week, we’ve seen a lot of knitters and crocheters in the store, planning for future projects.

There are some garments that are so comfortable, flattering or just plain cute that you wear them again and again. Just because you love something to death though, it doesn’t mean you necessarily want to knit or crochet the exact same pattern.

But why not use them as the yardstick for planning new garments – a favourite yarn in a different colour, the perfect shape with a different stitch pattern, a great collar on a cardigan of a different length…

This week we thought we’d pull out some of our current WIPs to show how we’re reinterpreting our past favourites for the coming season.
