It has been a short week this week with the Anzac day public holiday yesterday and we have had an influx of deliveries at the end of the week so we are madly unpacking lots of shipments….the shop is busting with yet more colour!

Addi

After a small delay while we waited for a new shipment to arrive in Australia, we have now received a much needed delivery of Addi needles.

All of our fixed Addi Turbo needles have been replenished as well as our Addi Click Interchangeable needle sets.

Whats on the Needles at Tangled Yarns

Kim has finished yet another amazing shawl this week….Metalouse by Stephen West in our Noro Taiyo Sock and our Road to China Light.

I am totally smitten by this shawl, both the colours and how soft it is!

Lauren is heading off to Victoria soon and wanted to make something for the lovely friends who are accommodating them during the visit.

This is Nola Cloche by Hilary Smith Callis in our Cascade 128 Superwash Chunky.

Super cute!!!

Derrin has been working with some of our extra special Fibre Company Road To China Light, this is Aroura Shawl by Karalee Harding.

The combination of the Road to China Light and the different textures in the shawl make it just divine!

Anita is ahead of the game and has her mums Mothers Day gift finished weeks early.

This is a stunning Entrelac Scarf by Allison LoCicero in our Noro Silk Garden.

I am sure her mum will adore it!

My little ones best friend is expecting a new sibling any day now and I couldn’t resist the excuse to knit a teeny tiny hat…this is my Little Set of Stripes pattern with a twist! I have held our Cascade 220 Superwash Sport held together with our Debbie Bliss Angel for a subtle halo to the hat.

tangledYARNS

My week needed a splash of colour and this colour {#272} of our Noro Kureyon was just screaming out to me. I opted for a quick and funky Granny Cowl.

I didn’t use a specific pattern but was inspired by several Crocheted Granny Cowls on Ravelry.
My version is crocheted flat with chain loops on one side and buttons on the other.
