March already!

Autumn is my favourite season.

I can’t wait for the crisp cool mornings requiring a hat and the chilly evenings…ideal for snuggling under a hand knit / crochet blanket.

Just like Autumn leaves changing colour, the shop is changing on a daily basis with all of our new Autumn & Winter stock!

Pop in store to check out the latest colours & squish the new yarns.

Not able to come in and say hello?

Stay in touch with the latest changes through our Blog & Facebook page.

Knit / Crochet A Long

We still have many keen knitters and crocheters working away on Blankets and with two months left on our Blanket Knit A Long / Crochet Along it is not too late to join in on the fun!

I will continue to share my blanket(s) progress and the lovely projects from our customers over March and April.

If you are not ready to commit to a large project like a blanket our next two ‘A Longs’ should be ideal!

Autumn has arrived and Winter won’t be far behind, now is the time to get a head start on accessories knitting.

Today is the launch of our March KAL / CAL
(plus you get a little heads up on our April KAL / CAL)

Heads & Shoulders………..Fingers & Toes

During March we will be working on Hats plus Cowls, Scarves & Shawls.

April will see us keeping our fingers & toes warm with gloves, mitts & socks.

I love starting off the season with a new hat or adding a splash of colour to my winter wardrobe with a scarf and there is simply no going back once you have worn hand knit socks.

Some patterns to get you started…
