Tangled Yarns is a Brisbane based yarn shop located in the thriving Newstead area – just near the Fortitude Valley Emporium!
We opened in March 2009, and pride ourselves in our customer service, fantastic range of natural fibre yarns, beautiful knitting needles and crochet hooks and welcoming atmosphere in our classes and social groups.
Our extremely popular classes are held on Thursdays and Saturdays, catering for both beginning and experienced knitters. An up to date calendar can be found here. Please don’t hesitate to contact us for more information!
We have a very well received newsletter which is emailed each Friday. If you haven’t signed up already, you can do that on the left hand side of the page.
Our online store contains everything we have in our shop front, and we are also happy to take phone orders.
If you are unable to meet in store, you can interact through our Ravelry group or on our blog. Both are very active, with members talking about current projects, new yarns and even a spot of troubleshooting. We love to hear from our customers!
